It is not intended for making espresso, yet you can take 2 ordinary pods with the 7 oz. program to get a stronger coffee.

My Home Café™ brewer runs out of water in the middle of a brew.If the unit runs out of water, it will automatically stop brewing. Refill the water reservoir. Start with a fresh cup and coffee pod and brew your next cup.
I push the brew button, but nothing happens.Make sure the unit is plugged in, the water reservoir is full, and the lid handle is in the closed position. If there is still no power to the brewer, call 1-800-HomeCafe (466-3223).
My coffee is not strong enough.Possible solutions:
• Use either two mild blend pods or try a darker roast pod
• Use a smaller cup size

My coffee is too strong.Possible solutions:

*The best coffee flavors are extracted the first time water passes through the pod.
The pod holder is clogged and the unit begins to overflowPress the STOP button. Remove and wash the pod holder and splash guard. Throw away the coffee pod. Open the lid and wipe off the water holes on the underside. Reinsert the pod holder and splash guard and insert a fresh pod. Make sure there is water in the water reservoir and resume brewing.

One of the key features of the BCM1410BC model manufactured by Maryland-based American brand Black & Decker is its large capacity: it is a 12-cup (1,8 liter) coffee maker. The programmable coffee machine also offers a Sneak-A-Cup feature, a nonstick “Keep Hot” carafe plate, and a Duralife carafe.

Black & Decker GT305. GT320 coffee maker troubleshooting

The one-cup GT305 and GT320 coffee makers are a part of the Home Café line-up produced by the U.S. brand Black & Decker. This range uses exclusive pre-measured coffee pods and an advanced pressure-brewing that is more common for coffeehouses. It’s not capable of making espresso.

I see the "Red" STOP button is ONYou may have interrupted the brew/cleaning process. OR You may have opened the lid after the brew cycle but before or in the middle of the 3 beeps.• Please wait approx. 30seconds until "Red" light turns off.
• When unit beeps, you can restart your brewing/cleaning cycle.
• Open lid and close it again.
• Press any of the brew size buttons.
Note: Always start a new brew cycle with an empty cup to avoid overflow.
I see both the "7" & "9" oz blue buttons Flash.You may have run out of water in the reservoir or forgot to add water.• Add sufficient water to the reservoir
• Wait approx. 30 seconds until lights turn off.
• When unit beeps, you can restart your brewing/ cleaning cycle.
• Open lid and close it again.
• Press any of the brew size buttons.
Unit may need resetting or servicing. • Perform the above procedure.
• If doing this does not solve the problem, first try resetting the unit by unplugging it, wait 5 seconds, plug in and retry.
• If this does not solve the problem after about 3 resets, unit needs to be serviced by the manufacturer. Please call 1-800-231-9786.
I see both the "Stop" & "Clean" buttons Flash, OR both the "14" & "Creamy" buttons Flash.Unit may need resetting or servicing. There may also be an overheating event• Same as above.
• In case of an overheating event, please unplug unit, let it cool for 30 min. and retry with a fresh pod and empty cup.
The unit's lid is locked and I cannot unlock it.You may have experienced a power interruption or glitch during brew. When this happens, the lid automatically stays locked during power interruption.• When power resumes, wait until the flashing light(s) go(es) out and you hear the unit beep.
• Open lid and close it again.
• Press any of the brew size buttons.
Note: Always start a new brew cycle with an empty cup to avoid overflow.
I press a brew button, but nothing happens.Unit may be unplugged, without water, or the lid may be unlocked.• Plug unit, add water or lock lid and try again.
• If there is still no power to the unit please call 1-800-231-9786.
I observe an unusual level of pressure, steam m or noise.The pod holder or splashguard may be clogged. Unit may or may not overflow.• Press the STOP button, wait until you hear 3 beeps and unit turns.
• Open the lid.
• Remove and wash the pod holder and splashguard.
• Throw away the coffee pod.
• Open the lid and wipe off the water holes on the underside of the lid.
• Reinsert splashguard.
• Perform a "Cleaning" cycle as instructed in this manual.
• Reinsert pod holder and a fresh coffee pod.
Note: Make sure there is water in the reservoir and resume brewing.
