Sony headphones troubleshooting

In addition to the publicly available technology units, Sony produces a range of professional equipment for work with sound. Thanks to the latter, it has unique advances that allow the company to provide its customers with the best quality. Of course, in a free market, the manufacturer is forced to produce different versions of its headphones. In case of problems with Sony headphones, refer to our troubleshooting table below.

The headset turns off automaticallyThe battery level is too low. The headset beeps approximately 10 minutes before it turns off. Charge the battery. Unexpected behavior Reset the headset.
No connection to the phoneMake sure the headset is charged and within range of the phone. A maximum distance of 10 metres (33 feet), with no solid objects in between, is recommended. Check the Bluetooth settings in the phone, and reset if necessary. Pair the headset with the phone again.
