This error code signifies a problem in the inverter or magnetron tube, or both. The inverter board can be destroyed by the magnetron tube. This appears to be a design issue. If you have this problem, you are going to have to replace either the magnetron tube or inverter.
If you see the error code, and the door is closed, thre must bee open circuit in the door interlock switch circuit. Switches are found inside the cooking cabinet: they are designed t catch the door once it is closed. Most likely, it is a door interlock switch problem, which requires repair or replacement of these switches.
Maybe you will need to just unplug your microwave for 1-2 minutes or so and then plug it back it. If it does not work, you are going to have to disassemble the element and check all its tiny parts. It is advisable to use professional help.
