| If the time-of-dav clock does not always keep correct time | check that the power cord is fully inserted into the outlet receptacle. |

| If oven floor or glass tray are hot | this is normal. The floor is absorbing heat from the food |
| If the interior of oven collects moisture | this is normal. Food gives off moisture when cooking and the steam collects on the door and the oven surface. Wipe off excess moisture from oven after each use |
| If food cooks unevenly | refer to your recipe for proper cooking procedures. |
