Wand is not set the low pressure settingHold the shaft of the Wand in one hand and turn the gray dial all the way clockwise with the other hand. If the dial is left even slightly in the counter- cockwise direction it will not dispense detergent.
Nozzle is clogged with debrisTurn the Nozzle Head until the two metal blades move apart completely. Straighten out a paper clip and insert it into the tip of the Nozzle. Back flush the Nozzle with water
Detergent to Water ratioYour Powerwasher draws detergent at a 10:1 ratio. Most pressure washer detergents are gene- rally concentrated within that range so minimal adjustment is required. If you feel like you are using more detergent than is required for the application you can dilute it with regular tap water.
Detergent – What to useWe recommend that you use a cleaner which is specifically designed for power washers. There are different kinds available depending on the application. Check with your local Home Depot store for the product which is best suited for your needs.

Wand – AttachingTo attach the Wand apply some moderate downward pressure on the Wand (In the direction of the trigger) while simultaneously twisting the wand a 1 /4 of a turn clockwise. It may help if you set the gun vertically on a flat surface with the wand pointing upwards. The two tabs on the end of the WancT must slide all the way in before the Wand will twist and lock. If this does not work remove the o-ring from the end of the wand and attach it without foe orina. If the wand attaches, you will need to replace the oring.
Wand – RemovingRelease the back pressure in the Gun/Hose. Re- move the Garden Hose from the unit and squeeze the trigger of the Gun. Apply some moderate downward pressure on the Wand (In the direction of the trigger) while simultaneously twisting the wand a 1/4 of a turn counterclockwise. (It may help if you set the gun vertically on a flat surface with the Wand pointing upwards).
Wand – Gray collar won’t turn/won’t adjust to low/ high pressureTo turn the gray collar, hold the Wand horizontally in both hands. Hold the collar firmly in one hand and the shaft of the Wand in the other hand. It works best if you grab the shaft by the “beehive” shaped portion at the bottom of the Wand. Sometimes the gray collar gets tightened down too far and needs some extra force to move it.
