It may help if you set the gun vertically on a flat surface with the wand pointing upwards. The two tabs on the end of the WancT must slide all the way in before the Wand will twist and lock. If this does not work remove the o-ring from the end of the wand and attach it without foe orina. If the wand attaches, you will need to replace the oring. | |
| Wand – Removing | Release the back pressure in the Gun/Hose. Re- move the Garden Hose from the unit and squeeze the trigger of the Gun. | Wand – Gray collar won’t turn/won’t adjust to low/ high pressure | To turn the gray collar, hold the Wand horizontally in both hands. Hold the collar firmly in one hand and the shaft of the Wand in the other hand. It works best if you grab the shaft by the “beehive” shaped portion at the bottom of the Wand. Sometimes the gray collar gets tightened down too far and needs some extra force to move it. |
